Paid for three- received two and the email address is not working anymore. I have three dogs- I need three mats or there will be fights!

Not happy with the product at all. The ball does not roll easily and only in a sideways direction which means there is no treat on it for my pet to lick off. After 10 minutes, all of the treat was still in the bottom of the bowl
I placed an order on July 16th, it is now Aug 1st and I have not received my order. They have charged my credit card and I have received notice from the post office that they received a package with fraudulent and counterfeit postage. This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I am in the process of trying to get them to respond to my situation but have not heard a word from them regarding a refund or the missing shipment. BUYERS BEWARE!
